When can I expect the ordered product to arrive?

You can expect to receive items, which are in stock, at your address within 1 to 3 days. We will inform you by e-mail on the contrary.

I have never ordered from you. What is the ordering procedure like?

We are happy that you decided to order from online shop! Ordering procedure is very simple:

  1. Choose the required product and add it to the basket. A window will pop up offering two possibilities, i.e. to continue shopping ("Continue shopping") or finalize you order ("Checkout") Choose the required option.
  2. Once you have chosen everything you need examine the basked carefully.
  3. If you are satisfied with the contents, click "Checkout".
  4. Enter all the required data, choose delivery and payment mode.
  5. Finally, check order data and confirm your selection.
  6. We will deliver your parcel to the address you provided at the latest within 2 working days.

Which payment modes can I use?

You can use the following payment modes:

  • payment on delivery,
  • payment based on pro forma invoice,
  • PayPal payment (Visa, Mastercard) – no PayPal account is needed for card payments.

What about delivery costs?

For single item orders delivery costs for addresses in Slovenia are standard, i.e. 5€

Can I return the product if I find it unsuitable for my requirements?

Of course you can. We are offering 30 days satisfaction guarantee for all our products. If you return the product in original packaging within 30 days we are happy to refund your order.
