Relations between Gledring d.o.o. (via withcar.eu online store) and the customer in regards to shopping via the online store are regulated by these general terms.

Prices and payment modes
All prices are in EUR, include VAT and are valid at the moment of submitting the order. Pro forma invoice shall be sent to your e-mail address upon ordering. Once the pro forma invoice is paid, the delivery period shall start.

Payment based on pro forma invoice
If you choose payment based on pro forma invoice, you can pay for the ordered items through general payment advice (UPN/SEPA).

The simplest and quickest way to make a payment is via online banking, or you may pop in to any bank or post office in Slovenia.

Order processing, collection and delivery
Gledring d.o.o. shall process and dispatch received orders every working day. The customers shall receive ordered products within the shortest time possible. Delivery period shall start running at 8am on the first working day upon receiving the payment.
The following delivery times shall be anticipated for various products:

Rubber mats and rubber boot liners: 5 working days from payment.

Tailored shades, roof bars and accessories, bumper protectors, drawers – armrests, boot trays: 12 working days from payment.

Special circumstances could arise in which the goods may not be delivered within the aforementioned time periods. In such cases the customer will be informed.

Deliveries are made in cooperation of Gledring d.o.o. and the logistics company GLS (General Logistics Systems, Logistične storitve d.o.o.).

Order cancellation
The customer may cancel the order by e-mail within 12 hours of submitting the order.

Right of withdrawal
The customer shall have the right to inform the seller within 15 days of receiving the goods that he/she withdraws from the contract or the order without being required to state the reason thereof. It shall be considered that the message is submitted on time if the consignment has been dispatched on time. The only cost that shall be borne by the customer in relation to withdrawal shall be the direct cost of returning the goods. The customer must return the goods at the latest 30 days from submitting the withdrawal notice. The customer who withdraws from the contract or the order must return the undamaged goods in original packaging, if applicable, and in unchanged quantity to the seller.

Returns
If the customer has withdrawn from the order or the contract in accordance with the withdrawal terms, the seller shall be obliged to refund the products via bank transfer.
In case you have ordered an inappropriate product or you are not satisfied with the product and you wish to return it to the headquarters of our company, we would like to ask you to return the product including its packaging in original state. Otherwise we reserve the right not to issue the refund.

Legal protection
Other conditions not stated in general terms of business are ruled by the stipulations of relevant current legislation.

Data protection
Withcar.eu shall undertake to permanently protect all types of personal data of the customer/buyer.

The provider shall undertake to permanently protect all types of personal data of the user.

The provider sahll store for indefinite time period all IP addresses of all visitors of Withcar.eu web store, and in case of registered members the following additional information: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, delivery address and country of residence. The provider shall use personal data exclusively for the needs of order delivery (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.

Under no circumstances shall users' personal data be forwarded to unauthorised parties.

• there will be clearly stated instructions for unsubscribing from receiving marketing messages,
• should the user express a wish not to receive marketing messages, this will be unconditionally granted by the provider.

Excellent credit rating represents an above-average credit rating of business entities. It is based on the accounts of entities for the previous year and predicts the security of business operations in the next 12 months.

Companies with an excellent credit rating operate on the above-average level and fulfil the criteria of lower probability of any of the following events occurring in the next 12 months:

• bankruptcy, compulsory composition or liquidation (<0.32 probability),
• removal of the entity from the business register (<1.15% probability),
• blocking of bank accounts of the entity for a continuous period of more than 60 days or non-continuous period of more than 90 days (<1.33% probability).

In order to receive an excellent credit rating AA, the business entity must in addition fulfil the following conditions:

• total annual income must exceed 50,000 EUR,
• the proportion of financing debt must not exceed 80%.

There is a 76% probability that business entities with an excellent credit rating AA will retain their excellent credit rating in the following year.

Such certification is an established practice internationally and represents an opportunity for business entities to improve their reputation and trustworthiness in the domestic and foreign business environment. The holders of the certificate therefore gain additional trust of business partners.
